信號轉導和轉錄激活因子(signal transducer and activator of transcription, STAT)是一大類具有細胞質內信號轉導和細胞核內轉錄激活雙重作用的蛋白，廣泛存在于哺乳動物細胞中，介導多種細胞內信號通路。
